Refunds for Cancellations:
Full refunds: We will provide a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the live webinar or seminar.
Partial refunds: If you cancel your registration within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, we will offer a 50% refund.
No refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or after the event has begun.
Refunds for Technical Issues:
In the unlikely event that a technical issue prevents you from accessing the live webinar or seminar, we will offer a full refund or a credit for a future event (your choice).
Please note that we are not responsible for internet connectivity issues on your end or for technical difficulties on your device.
Refunds for Recording Access:
If you purchase access to the recording of a webinar or seminar and are not satisfied with the content, you may be eligible for a refund within 28 days of your purchase.
